Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total merchandise weight of each order shipped to a single address. If an order ships to multiple addresses, shipping charges will be applied for each address, based on the merchandise weight shipped to each address. If an order is shipped in multiple packages, there are no additional shipping charges.
We ship all in-stock merchandise as soon as possible. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday, except during some holidays. For standard delivery please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. For items which are temporarily out-of-stock, please allow an additional 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Please let us know at the time you place your order if you are not able to await the arrival of an item that is out-of-stock. We appreciate your business. Thank You!
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order.
NOTE: Delivery by United Parcel Service (UPS) requires a full street address. (No P.O. Boxes)
Reporting Damaged Goods
Please inspect your package immediately for signs of damage. If a box arrives with physical indications that damage may have occurred in transit, open the box and inspect the contents prior to signing for it. It is imperative that you contact the freight company and file a DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM with them as soon as possible. File a claim with them. Next please email us at orders@overxposed.com, give us the claim number, and we`ll issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #. So that we may look forward to receiving the shipment and most importantly, prepare arrangements for a replacement. We do not reimburse any shipping what-so-ever for damaged goods. The claim form that you file with the freight company is your "free shipping." Do not return damaged goods without following the instructions above.
Overxposed Photographic Gear Return Policy
Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return unopened products or opened merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a credit on the product`s purchase price less a 10% restocking.
Please note that we can process returns only for items purchased from Overxposed. All orders being returned must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number issued by Overxposed. To obtain the RA# email us at orders@overxposed.com. Write that number down on the securely wrapped package and include a copy of the packing slip with your return. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Overxposed charges a 10% restocking fee based on the total invoice amount to cover the initial cost of the credit card transaction and the subsequent credit transaction. We do not refund any of the shipping charges.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item accompanied RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.? |
